10.0 "Fantastic!"

  • +My family had an excellent stay in Naples and this apartment. The location was great, surprisingly private and quiet for being in a big city yet close enough to reach the port and centra of the city by foot, and metro! Marco, who met us upon arrival, was super-friendly and showed us around the apartment and showed where everything was and how it worked. We greatly appreciated that there was bottled water, toilet paper, soap, and washing up liquid in the apartment, as those are things one usually forgets to bring and always have trouble finding the first day. On that note: a well stocked grocery shop is located in the next building. The apartment was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms and living room all had air condition, which was great as it was very hot during our stay. The communication with the landlady, Anna, was superb. We would most definitely stay here again next time we visit Naples!

10.0 "Bel appartement pour visiter Naples"

  • +Appartement moderne, bien localisé, fonctionnel, agréable, propre et à l'abri de la grande chaleur (mais peu d'ouverture sur la rue donc peu de lumière). Sécurisé avec 2 portes blindées. Excellent accueil.

10.0 "Perfect et excellentes"

  • +Situé au Rez de chaussée d'un immeuble ancien du centre ville (donnant sur une ruelle typique et pleine de ce charme si typique de Naples), l'appartement d'Anna est un lieu idéal pour découvrir la ville : D'abord, l'appartement a été rénové récemment, il propose tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer quelques jours dans de très bonnes conditions. Gennaro nous y a très chaleureusement accueilli et a été d'une serviabilité exquise. Seul point négatif, l'appartement est un peu sombre... ce qui lui permet de conserver une fraîcheur très appréciable en plein chaleur estivale ! La localisation ensuite est parfaite. Le métro est à deux pas (utile pour rejoindre le train qui va à Pompei et Sorrento), mais en fait il n'y en pas besoin puisque en quelques minutes à pied on se retrouve proche de tout : vers le Nord, Sciappanaoli avec Gesù nuovo, Chapelle Sansevero, etc. mais aussi vers l'ouest Castel Nuevo, Gallerie Umberto I, place du Plebiscite, quartier espagnol et via Toledo, et vers le Sud on trouve le port de plaisance, Castel dell'Ovo mais aussi l'embarquadere pour une visite à Ischia.
    Merci beaucoup Anna et Gennaro pour votre accueil chaleureux qui nous a permis de découvrir Naples dans d'excellentes conditions.

  • +Marco e Gennaro sono padroni di casa fantastici. Gentili e disponibili si sono subito messi a disposizione per ogni evenienza. L'appartamento è nuovo e molto confortevole, vicino al centro ed ai locali del porto. Le sfogliatelle calde a colazione nel nostro ultimo giorno una gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha commosso. Grazie per la bella esperienza Marco. Gennaro il n.1. A presto amici!

10.0 "Une très belle découverte au cœur de Naples dans un environnement calme, original et fonctionnel. "

  • +L'accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes. Appartement neuf, fonctionnel avec beaucoup d'espace, bien situé (proche du centre historique), calme, agencé avec goût et beaucoup d'originalité. Idéal pour un séjour familial. Une adresse que je recommande vivement !

  • +Very nice appartment. There is a lot of space and the beds were fine. Central in the city. The wifi was ok. Very good experience :)

  • +The apartment is newly renovated and very comfortable and quiet, we slept very well while being so close to the metro, the port and Piazza Gesu for great food!

  • +Anna and Sonia were wonderful and generous hosts. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Communicating with Anna was very easy and straightforward too. I would happily stay here again.
