      The entrance of the Totò’s one is through a bucolic courtyard in the central arterial road Cardinale Guglielmo Sanfelice. The orange walls of this flat makes the atmosphere warm and comfortable.

      The house, recently renovated,is organized on two levels that are conneted with a marble staircase. The first level, the courtyard one, includes a large hallway where there is the entrance to the guest bathroom and next to a wide living room that has a supplied kitchen, a plate glass table, a comfortable two-seat sofa bed and a wall unit with bookcase and a satellite TV.

      This space of the flat is characterized by two pleasing windows that start from the floor and allow to see the life of the alley and the plants placed on the windowsill staying easily seated.

      The marble staircase with chromed iron balustrades brings us downstairs in the cozy sleeping area, where there are two large bedrooms with mirror shutter wardrobes, L.C.D. TV and comfortable armchairs.

      The rooms have wrought iron windows overlooking on the alley and the flower box decorated with mediterranean plants and flowers. The lower floor includes two big marble bathrooms with shower tray,laundromat and broom closet.
