9.7 "A perfect property from which to explore Napoli"

  • +The apartment is clean and modern and has everything you need for a city break. The location is excellent - a 10 minute walk to the port, 15 minutes to the central station. The hosts were extremely responsive to emails (and late arrivals due to plane delays!) and very flexible when it came to a late check out. Thank you so much to Anna and Marco for our wonderful getaway!

    "L'appartamento è pulito e moderno e ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza in città. La posizione è eccellente, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Porto, a 15 minuti dalla stazione centrale. I padroni di casa erano estremamente sensibili alle e-mail (e arrivi tardivi a causa di ritardi dell' aereo!) e molto flessibili quando si è trattato di un check out un po' più tardi. Grazie mille ad Anna e Marco per la nostra meravigliosa vacanza!".

  • -If I'm being really critical, the sofa bed isn't the most comfortable. It would be better if this was a proper bed.
    Se devo dire qualche critica, il divano letto non è molto comodo. Sarebbe stato meglio se fosse stato un letto adeguato.

10.0 "Perfect!"

  • +My husband and I stayed at Anna's place and loved it! The apartment was modern and spacious. The amenities were much appreciated. We loved having the dishwasher and clothes dryer! Gennaro was the nicest man and was very sweet. There were a few times during our stay that the wifi would go out but, it did come right back on. The area the apartment was in was central to everything we wanted to see and do. We would stay here again!

    "Io e mio marito siamo stati nella casa di Anna e ci è piaciuto molto! L'appartamento era moderno e spazioso. I servizi sono stati molto apprezzati. Ci è piaciuto avere la lavastoviglie e stendibiancheria! Gennaro era un bell'uomo ed è stato molto dolce. Durante il nostro soggiorno il wi fi non ha funzionato una volta ma poi lo ha fatto venire proprio di nuovo. La zona l'appartamento era in era centrale per tutto quello che volevamo vedere e fare. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

    "Sono stato con mia moglie in questo fantastico appartamento durante un soggiorno di 3 giorni per festeggiare i miei 40 anni. Sono state giornate intense ma molto rilassanti per la mente, complice il motivo del viaggio, il tempo stupendo, la città che ci ha accolto nel miglior modo possibile in quanto a pulizia, cortesia e a tutte le potenzialità culturali che offre. 10.0 "Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment and central to all main attractions"

  • +Just returned from a two night stay in Naples on a girls weekend. The apartment had everything we needed, it was well equipped and clean. It also had a few bits in the kitchen, like tea, coffee, etc which was helpful. Check in and out was really easy and the owners were very responsive over email. If I had one negative is that the pictures make it look really bright which it isn't, however we didn't mind because we weren't in the apartment much and it was nice to have a dark room to sleep in at night. I would stay again and I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Naples....."

    Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di due notti a Napoli su un weekend di sole ragazze. L'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario, era ben attrezzato e pulito. C'erano anche in cucina tè, caffè, ecc, che era disponibile. Il check-in e check out sono stati davvero facili ed i proprietari erano molto attenti tramite e-mail. Se avessi avuto una sola cosa negativa è che le foto fanno sembrare molto luminoso che non è, tuttavia ma non importava perché eravamo in un appartamento molto bello ed avere una stanza buia per dormire di notte ci voleva. Ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei a chiunque visiti Napoli...

  • +Anna's is a great host. Responsive to any questions we had. Marco helped us out a lot throughout our stay. He was there on time to check us in and we also had a issue with the wi-fi and he came to fix it asap. The apartment has a second story. First floor has a big open floor plan. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and bath towels. Overall, we felt safe staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Naples. Thanks Anna!"

    Anna è una grande host. Risponde a tutte le domande che avevamo. Marco ci ha aiutato molto durante il nostro soggiorno. Lui era lì in tempo al check-in e abbiamo avuto anche un problema con il wi-fi ed è venuto a risolvere il problema al più presto. L'appartamento dispone di un secondo piano. Al primo piano dispone di una grande area aperta. Lavatrice/asciugatrice, cucina completamente attrezzata e teli da bagno. Nel complesso, ci siamo sentiti sicuri nello stare qui e lo consiglierei a chiunque sia in cerca di un bel posto soggiornare a Napoli. Grazie Anna!

  • +La struttura è nuova, molto curata, ben arredata e pulita. E' dotata di tre bagni (2 con doccia e uno di servizio) e di una cucina bene attrezzata. Marco e Gennaro sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

10.0 "Consigliatissimo"

  • +Appartamento particolarmente spazioso. Ben dotato. Molto piacevole la grande cucina abitabile. Ci sono ben tre bagni (uno di servizio) ed una lavanderia con asciugatrice. Lo stabile è molto tranquillo. La pulizia dell'appartamento eccellente. In ultimo, Marco è un ospite accorto, gentile e molto attento a soddisfare le richieste poste. Consigliatissimo

  • +Anna and Marco are very good and accommodating hosts, despite us being late for the check-in and allowing us to check-out late. The apartment is big and nice for a family of four. It is also close to the metro station with a supermarket nearby. The harbour is a 10min walk away where you can take a day trip to Capri or Sorrento. Overall, I recommend this apartment for travelling to Naples!

    Anna e Marco sono molto bravi e accomodanti padroni di casa, nonostante siamo stati in ritardo per il check-in e abbiamo potuto effettuare tardi il check-out. L'appartamento è grande e bello per una famiglia di quattro persone. È anche vicino alla stazione della metropolitana con un supermercato nelle vicinanze. Il porto è a 10min a piedi dove si può prendere una gita di un giorno a Capri o Sorrento. Nel complesso, consiglio questo appartamento per viaggiare a Napoli!

10.0 "Excellent!!!"

  • +We were met by Gennaro outside of the apartment who took time to show us around. There was chilled water in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The amount of space in the apartment was wonderful; open plan upstairs, two spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It would easily accommodate two couples. The apartment itself was well appointed, spotlessly clean and as advertised. It was an excellent base being close to the Universita Metro and easy walking distance to the port and Palazzo Reale. Communication with the host, Anna, was excellent throughout.

    Siamo stati accolti da Gennaro all'esterno dell'appartamento che ci ha mostrato tutto. C'era acqua fredda nel frigo che era un bel tocco. La quantità di spazio nell'appartamento era meravigliosa; al piano inferiore, due spaziose camere matrimoniali e due bagni. Si sarebbero potute facilmente ospitare due coppie. L'appartamento in sé era ben arredata, perfettamente pulito, come pubblicizzato. Era un'eccellente base essendo vicino alla Metro di Universita e a poca distanza dal porto e Palazzo Reale. La comunicazione con l'host, Anna, era eccellente in tutto.

    Ciao Anna - abbiamo davvero apprezzato il soggiorno presso il vostro appartamento. Grazie per essere un host eccellente. Saluti!
